How many of you are going this year - last year we marshalled and didn't see any Davrians!!
Would be great to see a few competing, or at least to turn up and show your cars!
You never know, you might see ours there (if dad pulls his finger out and gets it finished, of course )

Motorsport at the Palace returns! - 2011
Re: Motorsport at the Palace returns! - 2011
Is anyone taking a Davrian to the Stoneleigh kit car show, over the May Bank Holiday weeekend?
Re: Motorsport at the Palace returns! - 2011
Didn't see any fellow Davrian owners at the Palace apart from John Rawlins who was also marshalling - both of us getting burnt heads in the sun!!
John - it was good to talk and please post up when you have the new chassis plates ready for purchase - I am sure there will be other takers apart from me.
Dave & Steve - look forward to seeing you tomorrow - we will be behind the Ancaster (Nissan) stand overlooking the track.
The Hillman Imps were on top form with some lovely examples including John Devereaux's 930 Sunbeam, Bob Woods 998 Hillman and also Rod Birley's Bevan 998 Imp.
The best bit for me though was the Mk1 Escort (your first car always leaves a certain memory) rally car enthusiastically driven by... wait for it... Roy Edwards who is 80 years old this year - well done Roy, an inspiration to any motor sport fan!!
