Mk5 rear spring packer/insulator mount?

On rebuilding my Mk 5 .. there are rubber mounts for the top of the rear springs in the GRP body .. but I can't recall finding any rubber packer at the base of the springs in the suspension arms.
Can anyone confirm that there shouldn't be any .. or should there?

If you have an Imp set up this is how it is. Rubber insulator between spring top and body;, spring to bottom wishbone without rubber - the wishbone is insulated from the body by its rubber bushed.
