Derelict Mk3 Found

Oh do I have questions...
I have located a Davrian mk3 that I am interested in purchasing. The car is missing the front body section. What is the best recourse for replacement? Also, where can the body numbers/chassis plate be found? The car has a complete roll cage installed, so I assume it was raced.
Any help appreciated,
Tom

Best to talk to Tim Duffee tim@darrian.co.uk

01570 493 247 at Darrian Cars,

They can supply Mk6 panels and they might be able to help you with a Mk3

If you have the reg number, Davrian register should have the build number....if not, with the reg number you may be able to get DVLA to copy old log book info....both assuming it was ever road registered!

If not, it may have been built for competition, and never had a build plate fitted.

My Mk 4 had no build plate but I had one made...it was road legal, so I had the number on the log-book.

Thanks for the replies.
I sent Tim an email to get his input on the missing components.
Registration numbers, DVLA, log books...probably do not apply in this case. The car is in the USA! If it was built as a race car, you are right, there may be no id plate. There is a series of holes for a license plate lamp, so who knows. Curiously, the car is left hand drive.
