Meet
Re: Meet
So there's a nice pub in Hartfield that does good food and beer. Its called the Haywaggon http://www.haywaggon.com/. They do a good steak & ale pie with chips for about £12 and serve a nice pint of Harveys.
If that sounds OK I can book up a table.
Alternative ideas are...
1. The Coopers Inn, Crowborough - real down to earth pub, good selection of real ales but not always serving food
2. The Gallipot Inn, Hartfield - smaller pub but good food - http://www.thegallipotinn.co.uk/
3. The Dorset Arms, Withyham - good food, but the fire can often blow back down the chimney and smoke out the bar area!! http://www.dorset-arms.co.uk/
4. The Huntsman, Eridge - good food and beer, just off the A26 next to Eridge railway station, easy to get to - http://www.wheresbest.co.uk/venue/143700/The-Huntsman/
5. The Mark Cross Inn, Marks Cross just south of Tunbridge Wells. Fantastic food, very large layout with plenty of tables to choose from - http://www.themarkcross.co.uk/
6. The Little Brown Jug, Chiddingstone - sister pub of the Mark Cross. Fantastic food, large layout with plenty of tables, just opposite Penshurst railway station
or this just popped into my head...
7. Saturday morning breakfast at Pit Stop cafe, Hildenborough just off the A21 - very easy to get to and good old fashioned fry up for about £5.

'Pit stop cafe' sounds perfect for a Davrian meet!. Quite like the idea of the full cooked breakfast, how about getting there around mid morning?.
Found this link on the interweb, i assume this is the place?.
