Mallory Park Modsports Revival (August Bank Holiday weekend)

I am in discussions with the organiser of this event regarding the possibility of arranging a New Davrian Register get-together at this event, where a number of Davrians are expected to be competing.

The day may also include the chance of a lunchtime convoy run on the circuit, so if anyone is interested, please let me know ASAP so that I can try to firm up the arrangements.

Excellent venue for a Davrian meet John, we will be there!. Advertising the event on both NDR website and forum should ensure a good collection of Davrians on the day.

Please could I just help John, and remind you to get in touch with John asap if you are able to take your Davrian. He is in talks with event organisers and needs to confirm numbers if this gathering is to become possible.

For all those interested in bringing your cars to the Mallory Park event, whom I haven't already spoken with directly, please could you contact me ASAP via the e-mail address on the NDR website so that I can be sure of names and details. Could you also advise whether you will be driving or trailering your car to the event.

I have already sent a provisional list to the organisers and will post an updated list of all interested parties on Sunday 10th July.

Don't forget, the "Adrian Evans Memorial Cup" will once more be up for grabs at this event!

Great pictures to drum up interest, I hope this all works out John. After looking at all those lovely cars, I'll be going anyway now, even if there is no get-together.
I remember falling in love with that Black "Shell Oils" Mini when I was probably only about 10 years old. Obviously that was before my understanding of Imps and Davrians
Also intrigued by car 62, the maroon and white MG Midget: That looks extremely similar to the one I saw in 1990 at Long Marston drag strip. At that time it was powered by a Turbocharged Imp engine. I wonder if it still is?

Here's hoping to a fantastic Davrian gathering, I can't wait.
